Honestly, there’s nothing here to see.  If there were then you would have seen it by now, right?  An extra button was needed in order to balance out the page and keep it consistent with all the other pages.  No real reason for you to put so much investigative effort into this.  It is simply an insignificant extra button.  I wouldn’t concern myself with it any further.
